Information you choose to provide
When you submit the partnership inquiry form, the details you enter — your name, company, business email, optional phone number, and message — are transmitted to our servers and forwarded into our internal workflow automation system, where they are retained as part of normal business correspondence. We use them to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
Technical information
Our website hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and security events as necessary to deliver and protect the website.
Bot protection
The inquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us tell real visitors apart from automated abuse. To do that, Turnstile loads a script from Cloudflare and may process your IP address, browser characteristics, and interaction signals. Cloudflare states that Turnstile is not used to build advertising profiles. See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details on how that data is handled.
Analytics and cookies
This version does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts beyond the bot protection described above. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this policy should be updated to describe those services and any related cookie choices.
Business communications
Information shared with Ojafy may be used to evaluate partnership opportunities, respond to inquiries, maintain supplier or brand relationships, and conduct normal business operations.
